New Home Construction Loans

We offer a number of new construction loan products. Whether you want to hire a General Contractor, or build the home yourself with a home building background, we may just have the product for you. Because these loan programs are so specialized, sometimes the lenders change their products without notice, so please contact us for the most current information on remodel or new home construction loans.

A few of our popular construction loan programs include:

• One time closing construction loan: This type of loan combines construction financing and permanent financing into one loan. Usually you will have 5 to 7 "draws" to take out money to pay for the construction of your home. Once your home is complete, we will arrange for you to sign the paperwork to convert your loan to a permanent loan. At this time, you may be able to reduce your interest rate on some of our loan programs.

• Owner-Builder: If you have a track record and history of building homes, you may be able to qualify for our Owner-Builder loan product. In order to qualify for this loan, you will have to prove to the investor that you are able to handle the responsibilities of constructing your own home.

• No Doc, No Ratio: We have construction loan products that may allow a one-time construction loan using our No Income Verification, No Ratio, and NO DOC loan products.
