Loans After Bankruptcy

We have several different loan programs available for home owners and home buyers with a past bankruptcy. Depending on your credit score, your credit history since your bankruptcy, and the length of time your bankruptcy has been discharged, your loan consultant can match you up with a loan program that will give you the best rate and terms possible.

• 1 Day After Discharge: We have a home loan program available as soon as one day after your bankruptcy is discharged. If your credit score is above 600 when we pull your credit report, you may even qualify for 100% zero down financing! • Delinquent Accounts: Sometimes bills just don't get paid on time. We have a program with up to 100% financing available for borrowers with delinquent accounts, even with a past bankruptcy discharged at least one year ago. You can't have any open collections for this program, and you'll need to quality "full doc" - you'll need to prove your income. You may even qualify with a credit score as low as 540! • Collections, Charge-Offs, Late Payments: This program allows high LTV financing even with existing charge-offs, collections or late payments.
